The Cost of Eyelash Extensions
Eyelash extensions are not to be confused with strip eyelashes or cluster eyelashes. If eyelash extensions are applied correctly, they are are glued one by one onto the natural lash (not the skin) to achieve a beautiful full luscious and long set of lashes. They never come in contact with the skin and you will no longer have a need for mascara, eyelash curlers, strip or cluster lashes; you wake up ready to go. Eyelash extensions should feel natural and nobody should be able to tell that they are not yours naturally.
Choosing an eyelash technician who has been taught by a qualified and experienced person is very important. There are many eyelash extension technicians who are claiming to have been professionally trained but have been self taught via the internet and sometimes use poor quality products. Many times the results are disastrous and the natural lashes are damaged. Please make sure to go to a reputable and certified eyelash stylist and do not be persuaded by a low price. In this case, “you truly get what you pay for!”
So how much does a set of eyelash extensions cost? It depends on the style you choose. Volume lashes and dramatic lashes are considerably more expensive, mostly because more time is needed to create these looks. Expect to pay anywhere from $150-$300 for your first set of eyelash extensions, anything less than that and i would be concerned about the quality of the eyelash extensions.
